Thank you for shopping at Nushea. We are committed to delivering high-quality skincare products and a smooth, reliable customer experience.

Returns  
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nushea.shop with:

• Your order number  
• Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging  

Once approved, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations  
We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• Change of mind  
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer  
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs  
• Minor variations in product appearance or packaging  

Order Cancellation  
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are already in processing and cannot be canceled.

If a cancellation request is approved, a $12 processing and handling fee may be deducted from the total refund amount (if applicable).

Refund Processing  
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping  
We do not require customers to return items unless specifically requested by our support team.

Late or Missing Refunds  
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• Check your bank or PayPal account again  
• Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary
